FAQ’s
- Is it possible to order more than a 10ft garland? Yes! All you have to do is change the quantity in your cart. If the additional garland is a different size or color combo, simply fill out the order page again and add to cart. Please note that a 15ft garland will fill a very large SUV with both seats down.
- Is the garland already put together? Yes! You choose colors and options below, and we put the garland together for you. All you have to do is hang it!
- Do you make balloon arches? Yes! A balloon arch is simply a garland hung in the shape of an arch. We create grab & go garlands up to 15 feet, a good size for a partial arch. Please note that you will need at least three hooks. One on each end and another where you want it to arch.
- I’m not sure what size to get. What do you recommend? We recommend measuring the space in which you want the balloons and adding a little extra to keep the organic shape of your garland.
- Will the garland fit in my car? A mini garland may fit in the backseat of a standard size car. We recommend an SUV for anything bigger. 10-15ft garlands will require a larger SUV with seats down.
- Do you deliver? Most clients pick up grab & go garlands to save on delivery. If you need delivery, please contact us to check availability.
Product and Service Statement
Pop! Arts cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up/delivered. All balloon sales are final.
Balloons are, by nature, temporary items; although, Pop! Arts uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected, and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, cold, heat, sunlight, and other uncontrollable factors.
Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes only in the best interest of our clients.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation in writing (email is permitted) a full (5) business days before the day of your install. A credit will be held on your account for one year.
If you do not adhere to this cancellation policy, full invoice amount is due.
All sales are final and nonrefundable.
